Atwood Hydro Flame Furnace Won T Light

I have an atwood hydro flame furnace model number mpd 31479.

And the burner ignites but it won t stay lit. According to atwood s web site there are many things that can cause this. It attempts to light the burner several times even though it is actually lit and then it just shuts down the gas propane and the blower continues to run until we freeze to death turn it off or the battery runs down. It cycles like the igniter is trying to lite.

If voltage levels at the furnace are too low the blower will not have enough power to run and produce heat. In many cases igniter failure is caused by the gap at the ends of the device electrodes exceeding design specification. It will not light. After you activate the furnace the igniter would generate sparks and ignite the propane gas.
